Get Your Energy, Strength, and Drive Back, Naturally
A functional medicine approach to testosterone and performance for active men, before you consider TRT.
If you’re in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and feel like your energy, strength, or drive isn’t where it should be, you’re not imagining it. Low testosterone and hormone imbalances aren’t just an “older guy” problem anymore. Testosterone has declined across the board by 25% or more.
Symptoms of Low Testosterone
- Decreased libido (sex drive)
- Fewer or weaker morning erections
- Erectile dysfunction
- Loss of muscle mass
- Increase body fat
- Infertility
- Loss of Motivation, drive, and self-confidence
- Breast tenderness or gynecomastia
- Fatigue
- Poor focus
- Depression
- Irritability
For a lot of men, the answer isn’t jumping straight to a prescription. I take a natural, functional medicine approach to men’s health and performance, built on Applied Kinesiology and a background in exercise science and strength and conditioning. My goal is to find out why your hormones, energy, or recovery are off and correct the problem without the use of TRT.
Who This Is For
- You’re training hard but not seeing the results you used to
- You’ve hit a plateau that diet and effort alone haven’t fixed
- You’ve been told your testosterone is “normal” and sent on your way
- You’re considering TRT but want to try natural options first
- You want to optimize your health and performance

Our Approach
Most testosterone and hormone problems don’t show up out of nowhere. They’re usually the downstream result of poor sleep, under-recovery, nutrient deficiencies, chronic stress, or gut issues that never get addressed.
I use Applied Kinesiology and manual muscle testing, along with a full functional medicine workup, to find what’s actually driving your symptoms instead of just treating a number on a lab report. My background in exercise science and strength and conditioning means I can also look at the physical side, training, movement, and recovery, that a purely medical approach usually skips.
TRT is often used as a band-aid rather than fixing the underlying problem. Most men haven’t tried fixing the root cause first, and that’s where I come in.

What Patients Are Saying
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a chiropractor help with low testosterone?
A chiropractor trained in Applied Kinesiology and functional medicine, like myself, can help identify and address root causes such as nutrient deficiencies, stress, and recovery issues that affect hormone production. I can’t prescribe TRT, and if that turns out to be what you need, I’ll tell you so.
How is this different from a TRT clinic?
Most TRT clinics start with a prescription. I start by trying to figure out why your hormones are off in the first place. For a lot of men, addressing sleep, nutrition, recovery, and stress solves the problem without medication being needed at all.
Do I need lab work before coming in?
Salivary testosterone will be used to monitor your free testosterone, because this is the testosterone your body is actually using. Blood labs often only check total testosterone and misses low free testosterone. Other lab work helps but isn’t required. We can talk through what testing makes sense for your situation during your first visit.
